Hoping to get some experiences from others on server hosting. I'm working on a possible virtual desktop type setup, where we'd have a Remote Desktop server hosted somewhere along with a separate file server. Users would RDP into the Remote Desktop server, run their applications (Office, Quickbooks, etc.), access their email (likely hosted with Office 365), with no need to install or maintain applications on their desktops.
